1. Select the design(s) you'd to like order. Select a colour, size and quantity for each design. Select 'add to cart' to add the item(s) to your shopping cart.
  2. Once you've finished shopping, select 'view cart.'
  3. Confirm the details of the items in your shopping cart (You can remove items or change quantities at this point). Select 'proceed to checkout.'
  4. If you have a PayPal account, log in. If you do not, you can either set up a PayPal account or you can pay without an account by filling in your credit card information.
  5. Review the information you've provided for accuracy and send your order.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order details.
  7. Please note: If you would like to order directly through us, and not through PayPal, you are welcome to contact us with your order. At that point we will request that you mail us your payment and once we receive that, we will ship your order to you.
  1. Orders
    Orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
  2. Bulk Orders
    If you are interested in a bulk order (6 or more shirts), then please contact us at sayhi@opentochance.com for prices and other information.
  3. Custom Orders
    We do not take custom orders including (a) our designs printed on shirt colours not offered on this site for that design (unless we arrange for a bulk order), (b) any other design (not ours) printed.
  4. Shipping Charges
    Includes sales tax for BC residents and postage within Canada and U.S. International postage is an additional $4.
  5. Online Pricing
    All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
  6. Payment Options
    All payments are handled through PayPal. You can pay without a PayPal account by filling in your credit card information when you 'proceed to checkout.'
  7. Sales Tax
    Sales tax for products ordered on this online store is set at the British Columbia provincial sales tax rate of 6%. All prices DO include applicable taxes (for BC residents only).
  8. Exchanges or Returns
    We do not accept returns for refund. Not for imperfect fit, or a change of heart, or damage done during postage. Please ensure that you have the right size of shirt when you order. American Apparel shirts fit smaller than many other shirts. Our sizing chart and measurements guide lists all sizing dimensions.
    We check all shirts carefully before shipping, and wouldn't sell you anything we wouldn't buy ourselves. If you do happen to find something in your order that you think we have overlooked, then feel free to contact us.
  9. We do not collect or share your information
